1. What We Offer
This website provides educational resources, downloads, courses, and coaching for mental health professionals and the public. These are for general education only. Nothing here is therapy, supervision, medical advice, or a substitute for clinical help.
If you need counseling or are in crisis, call 988 or 911.
2. Who Can Buy
You must be 18+ to purchase anything from this site.
Please don’t use our content to treat yourself or others without the proper license.
3. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Lacy Warne.
Your purchase includes a single-person, non-transferable license for your personal professional use.
Don’t resell, share, record, or use our materials for AI training.
If you think your copyright has been infringed, email lacy@lacywarne.com.
4. Refunds & Access
Digital downloads: No refunds.
Courses: 7-day refund window after you start.
Access: You keep access “for the life of the product” (at least 12 months), unless we retire/change it (we’ll give 30 days’ notice if possible).
5. User Responsibilities
Don’t share your login or the content.
Don’t upload or ask about your private health information—this is NOT therapy and not HIPAA compliant.
Be respectful in any community areas.
6. Legal Stuff
Limitation of Liability: We’re not responsible for damages beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Disputes: If there’s a dispute, we both agree to use arbitration (not court), with exceptions for small claims. You can opt out within 30 days by letting us know.
Governing Law: California law (venue: Santa Cruz County, remote hearings allowed).
7. Privacy & Accessibility
See our separate Privacy Policy for how data is handled (payments and user data are managed by Podia/Stripe/PayPal).

8. Changes
We can update these terms. We’ll notify you by email or website notice if that happens.
